Director of the “law chair ” and co-director of the European Center Law and Economics.
Author of several books, articles on corporate law and European Corporate Governance topics and European institutional issues. She is involved in several think-tanks on European topics.. She works on European public affairs with DG of the European Commission, with members of the European Parliament and lobbyists, especially on competitiveness and competition issues..
Involved in gender issues, she founded and manages “Women Entrepreneurship” and “WOMEN be European BOARD Ready ”, programmes launched by the ESSEC Management School.
