The second part of "Develop your Leadership Potential" will take place on the 27th January 2022, from 13:30 to 15:00 CET, with WIL Board Member Marina Niforos, Adjunct Professor at HEC Business School in Paris.

This workshop will be a chance to take stock of your development as leaders: what you have learnt during the programme, your unique strengths and competencies, the difficulties you may have encountered along the way, and what you want to keep working on in the future to fully develop your leadership potential. 

It will take the form of a 30-minute Masterclass, followed by a 45-minute practical exercise in breakout groups and a 15-minute Q&A back in plenary.
