Ainsley is from Canada. She completed her Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at Sciences Po Paris, during which time she had the opportunity to intern with WIL! She is now an International Recruitment Advisor for Opportunities New Brunswick in Canada and leads a Girl Power Group with Newcomer Connections to empower refugee and immigrant adolescent girls. She is passionate about the empowerment of women and girls through both equality of opportunity, work, and access to rights.
