Meet our Team of Volunteers
I am Hanna; with a dual background in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, I work in Training and Development. My mission: raise awareness on the relevance of equal opportunities in leadership, pay-scale, and work/life balance irrespective of gender.
Hi, I'm Alison. I'm British and have been living and working in France for almost 8 years. I work in the non-profit sector and dedicate my free time to fighting for different causes : women's rights and empowerment, social inclusion and mentorship for young people. I'm really proud to be part of the Women in Leadership adventure !
I'm Aurélie, proud feminist, driven by gender equality and women empowerment. After ten years in the digital world, I changed my career path to explore conflict resolution and mediation. And as I love hearing the story of others, I launched a documentary podcast called "Ceci est ton corps".
My name is Anel, I am currently an incoming M1 student at Sciences Po Paris. I have been a WIL volunteer since June 2019. I am passionate about women's role in the economy, as well as equality of opportunity and empowerment. On a personal level, my hobbies include running, open water swimming, and reading.
I am Hajar, I am currently doing an internship in tax law and working towards becoming a lawyer in this field. I strongly believe that practical solutions are the way to having more women as leaders and decision-makers. I am proud to be part of WIL network because it gives women real opportunities to grow and develop.

Since September 2020 she is President of JEF-Paris (Young European Federalist) where she has the opportunity to manage a team of 20 people. She has a Bachelor Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in European Affairs. You can follow her adventures on Twitter and LinkedIn.
My name is Ainsley and I am from Canada. I completed my Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at Sciences Po Paris, during which time I had the great opportunity to intern with WIL! I am now an International Recruitment Advisor for Opportunities New Brunswick in Canada and lead a Girl Power Group with Newcomer Connections to empower refugee and immigrant adolescent girls. I am passionate about the empowerment of women and girls through both equality of opportunity, work, and access to rights.
I’m Josie, born and raised in the UK with Dutch parents. I just finished my master’s in European and Global law at UPF in Barcelona and am about to start a job as Environment, Health and Safety Legal Consultant in Brussels. I am passionate about promoting woman’s rights and equality, and tackling all forms of discrimination. In our current climate, it has become ever more important for women to unite and support one another in all areas of life!
My name is Marusa. I was born in Slovenia, but I feel Parisian too. After my internship at WIL, I joined the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where I worked in international trade and development. Currently, I am working as an International Affairs Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Sciences Po. I am a proud feminist. Empowering women, whether through trade or education, has always been my passion.
