Members can register now for the online session "Compassionate Leadership: The key to sustainable success" with WIL Secretary General Pinuccia Contino, taking place online on the 20th of September 2024, from 14:00 - 15:00 CEST.

Pinuccia, Deputy Director for Consumers at the European Commission, is also an Ambassador of Applied Compassion certified by Stanford University. She is offering an interactive talk to WIL Members to explain why compassionate leadership is a game changer that leads to greater resilience, innovation, staff commitment, talent and customer retention - in a nutshell: sustainable performance.

Participants will learn why leaders and organisations have a critical interest to develop it and make it part of their culture.

The date of our Networking Cocktail in Rome will be announced soon.
