7th Edition (2022-23)

In 2023, 11 years after the Women Talent Pool (WTP) leadership programme was first launched, WIL published its first Annual Report on the programme. This report includes an overview of the activities offered during the 7th edition which ran from 2022-23, as well as feedback from the emerging leaders who were part of it.
