Biography
Elisabetta is a Vice President of Capgemini, with 29 years’ experience in ICT governance, projects and operations. As global head of SAP Operations she is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Capgemini SAP practice, counting about 27.000 consultants around the world. Main focus of actions: unified knowledge management, common methodology and tools, strategic skills development, common solutions and IP development on innovative platforms and global deals support.
As Group Offer Leader for "Digital Core" she is responsible for driving the offer lifecycle end-to-end, by orchestrating SAP CoEs around the world in achieving their missions: pre-sales/solutioning, offer promotion in the market, build Go-To-Market tools, Talent Management, Support project delivery.
She has a strong management experience, deep delivery operations background with main competencies in ERP solutions (mainly SAP technologies), long experience in leading large international ICT transformation programs, in conducting sales and pre-sales activities at local and international level, in go-to market strategy and offering development.
Her main sectors of expertise are International Public Sector (United Nations), Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence.
Following her certification as large international programme director, she joined the Capgemini Group project management Certification Board and “Flying Squad” team, a selected team of the top professionals in the Capgemini Group Delivery organisation, in charge of recovery missions for critical projects worldwide. She also certified as Delivery Partner, with the objective of supporting profitable growth of the Capgemini global accounts.
