Biography

Naima is currently COO of financial services Business Unit , responsible of deals management, recrutements, training strategy , talents managements in links with the BU strategy .
She was previously BNP Paribas Engagement Executive at Capgemini in Paris since 2011. She was in charge of delivering maintenance, build and test activities in rightshore model in France and Morocco. She is inter alia responsible for the pre-sales for the RFI/RFP and drives the strategic vision of the BNP Paribas service center.

From 2008 to 2010, Naima has been AXA Service Centre Engagement Executive at Capgemini, where she also delivered maintenance and built activities in rightshore models for France, India and Vietnam for live insurance domain. Before she was Delivery Manager West Division.
