Biography
After graduating from La Sorbonne University in business taxation and upon her admission to the Paris
bar, Dorothée joined DLF Avocats, a human-sized law firm with a very entrepreneurial DNA. a few years
after its creation, DLF Avocats was "absorbed" by the Paris office of the American law firm Kramer Levin
Naftalis & Frankel LLP to create its tax department. Dorothée stayed there for 11 years before joining
Osborne Clarke in Paris to head its tax department.
She assists French and foreign businesses in national and international tax matters (restructuring, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, management packages, assistance with tax audits, litigation follow-up). With a very good knowledge of the asset management industry, Dorothée
has developed over the years a strong expertise in the tax structuring of investment funds. She also regularly assists private clients in the structuring of their French or foreign income and assets.
Dorothée has three daughters. She enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She is
passionate about musicals, especially those composed by Stephen Sondheim.
