Biography
The professional career of Elizabeth began in 2005 when she decided to study Organizational Psychology at Tecnológico de Monterrey, ranked among the top 200 universities in the world. Since that moment she realized her interest in human resources and her interest in people & their personal and professional development.

During her studies participated in the international exchange program based in United States of America at the University of Central Missouri, early in her career path she realized the interest in learning about other cultures.

She started her career at Groupe Rocher as Head of Learning and Talent development, in which she worked in several projects linking business and HR strategy.

Her second international experience was when she decided to move to France, she fell in love with the culture and the language. Deciding to study her master’s degree in International Human Resources Administration, at Rennes School of Business, ranked among the top 200 masters in management in the world.

She joined L’Oréal as Digital Learning Project Manager. After her first experience in France, she joined Rexel from 2015 to 2022 were she specialized in building and implementing a Digital Learning Strategy. During 2022 and 2023 she worked at Tarkett as Global Learning & Talent Development Manager, where she kept developing her inspiring leadership focusing on developing teams, through clear roadmaps towards a common goal and taking individuality into account. Since 2023 she joined Edenred as Global Head of Learning & Development, leading the learning strategy and deployment of learning programs that empower the managerial ambition for talents within the company.

Today she find herself in a fullness of joy, balanced with her personal and professional life. She is interested in topics such as: technology in Human Resources, empowerment of women’s leadership and conscious capitalism.
