Biography
Lia is best described as a purpose-driven professional. She is motivated by empowering others to succeed and is keen about delivering actionable and high-quality results that enable transforming vision into life. Lia has always been driven by discovery of new possibilities and new horizons, which represents a red thread throughout her experiences, starting with being exchange student in the United States at the age of 16.
Upon completing her degree in Marketing, she joined Orange in Moldova where on top of her recruitment responsibilities, she led the repositioning of company’s employer brand and launched transformational employee experience projects, including professional reconversion and new ways of working.
In 2020 she joined the headquarters of Orange in Paris with a mission to identify and develop high-potential employees of the Europe Division to secure succession for key positions. With this aim, Lia is designing, implementing, and managing ambitious international projects to support the mission.
Lia is a big fan of tennis, motor racing, and skiing. Lia cares deeply about child protection and mental health awareness.
