Biography

Helena Kazamaki, graduate of the University of Stockholm and University of Paris I, Sorbonne, began her career as an associate in a law firm in Stockholm/Paris and then joined the European Commission in Brussels.

She has held various positions: she was Deputy General Counsel at Thomson/Technicolor and then in 2004 she joined ABB in France and took the responsibility of the Legal and Integrity Function. Within ABB she occupied several positions: she was in charge of the Legal and Integrity of the Mediterranean Region and Head of Nuclear Industry at Group level. In 2015, she became General Counsel Europe and from 2019 she had positions at Group level in Zurich until 2021. In addition to her responsibilities, she was the General Manager/Board Director of ABB France and ABB Italy, among other countries.

Since 2021, she is the Group General Counsel, Executive Vice President at Axens in Paris.
