Biography
Belen holds a MA in International Relations (politics) from Peking University, P.R. of China. This Mandarin - taught program made her quickly adapt to the local life, confirming her long-term passion for Chinese culture. She lived in Beijing for 7 years, starting a career at the Spanish Embassy. Later joined a consultancy firm specialized on EU Commission funded projects, acting as Project Manager for trade facilitation activities, and policy mapping across several continents.
Her interest in the tech industry led her to join Lenovo in 2017. She carried out project management functions and was assistant to an executive, all within the WW Warranty Services Supply Chain. In 2019, she got relocated to EMEA by Lenovo. Based in Paris, she leads the PC Service Delivery team across France, Iberia, Italy and Israel.
Her mission is to ensure smooth operations, high customer satisfaction and profitability for the in warranty services within these markets (B2B & B2C).
Belen is a Spaniard who met her French husband in China. In her free time, she enjoys museums, theatre and loves socializing with international crowds.
