Biography
Belen's current role is EMEA International Service Support Chief of Staff & Revenue Lead at Lenovo, based in Paris.
EMEA International Service Support provides warranty service for Lenovo hardware products. Belen's mission is to drive PC billable repair revenue, as well as to ensure EMEA service support strategy, top priorities and alignment to goals across teams.
Belen is a Spaniard who met her French husband in China. She lived in Beijing for seven years, where she obtained a MA in International Politics from Peking University.
She started working for Lenovo in 2017, having led projects for Global Warranty Services Supply Chain. She relocated to Paris in 2019 as PC service delivery lead for South Europe. Her daily goal is to drive high customer satisfaction and profitability for the EMEA in-warranty repair services.
In her free time, she enjoys museums, theatre and loves socialising with international crowds.
