Biography
After graduating from UTC, a French engineering school, and from EM Lyon business school, Clotilde started her career at Salomon, an innovative sporting goods company from Amer sports group, where she spent 14 years, in various positions: in R&D, global product marketing, key account management and business controlling. She gained a wide range of competences, allowing her to approach projects from diverse perspectives and work with many teams & professions.
She left Salomon and launched her own business of bio sourced/biodegradable textile, good learning experience but it did not transform.
She joined Rexel Group, B2B distributor of electrical equipment, 7 years ago, in a role of management of strategic partnerships with major suppliers. She negotiates, coordinates, and deploys development programs to enhance the partnership on marketing, ESG and digital transformation at global scale.
After having recently graduated Cambridge university Sustainability program, she is now shifting to a new position in Rexel group, group sustainability suppliers ‘relationship leader, setting a strategic path to foster global suppliers’ partnerships on sustainability lens.
Clotilde has three sons and is passionate about nature and outdoor sports, graphic novels, art and theater.
