Biography
Mathilde has a dual Master Degree in Labor Law and HR & Communication. She is an expert in Talent Management within international groups (both head office and factory) as well as in the management of transformation projects in contexts of strong mutation and change management: acquisition, reorganisation, strategic repositioning. Convinced that a company's performance depends not only on its strategic ambitions but also on a working environment that is open to the world around it and a strong internal culture of Diversity and Inclusion, Mathilde also supports the D&I approach: "by implementing an approach of openness, acceptance and integration of differences within the company,, we give ourselves the means to be a company that lives up to what society has a right to expect from the business world".
Mathilde started her career in recruitment in the insurance industry (AXA Group) and in the Real Estate sector (Unibail-Rodamco). She then discovered the world of industry as a plant HR Manager for Alcoa group. She managed the plant's HR function for the entire HR scope. She was responsible for the HR strategy in line with the plant's Steerco and ensured that the company's objectives are achieved within the deadlines and costs, in partnership with the management, while respecting the group's processes.
Passionate about business and HR issues in the industrial world, she decided to pursue her career at Axens, a fast-growing group in the Oil & Gas sector. For the past 9 years, Mathilde has been building and deploying the group's Talent Management strategy with the objective of attracting, retaining and developing talent in a sector at the heart of the energy transition.
In a world in constant transformation (welcome in the VUCA world !), Mathilde likes to compare the challenges of the HR function to those of astronauts: "to be explorers of new territories and developers of human potential. That's what drives me every day in my job! »
