Biography
Currently a Senior Data Scientist at Rexel, I first joined the company as an intern to apply the knowledge I acquired at engineering school (Télécom Paris) and to deepen my expertise in artificial intelligence — a constantly evolving field.
During my five years with the company, I have grown and broadened my skill set, which led to my promotion to Senior Data Scientist in early 2025. As part of the AI Solutions team, my role is to own and deliver end-to-end solutions that produce measurable impact and to mentor teammates.
I have worked on multiple challenging projects at the heart of Rexel’s business and priorities. To improve business performance, we developed and deployed a solution across several countries to optimize branch inventories. On the sustainability side, we built an algorithm to calculate the environmental impact of our products, both to share with customers and to measure the company’s footprint. Finally, to enhance team efficiency, we designed a generative AI solution to simplify work processes. Through these initiatives I learned to deploy multi-country solutions, to balance accuracy with operational constraints, and to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
