Biography
Fida Al Jounaidi is Head of Distribution Capabilities at Rexel, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance the omnichannel experience and support digital transformation in collaboration with country teams. Prior to this role, she spent several years as Worldwide Integration Delivery Manager, supporting the rollout of global solutions and enabling scaled agile practices within Rexel’s Data organization.
With over 15 years of experience across tech and data roles, Fida has successfully delivered large-scale Data and AI programs and led high-performing, multicultural teams across Europe, Asia, and North Africa. She is passionate about leveraging technology — particularly DevOps and Agile methodologies — to meet evolving business challenges and foster sustainable innovation.
Beyond her technical and leadership expertise, Fida is deeply committed to mentorship, coaching, and cultivating an Agile mindset across organizations. She actively contributes to knowledge-sharing communities and champions women’s empowerment in tech.
Based in Paris, Fida also brings a strong cultural dimension to her leadership journey. She has been a volunteer and organizing committee member of the Palestinian Film Festival in Paris for over 11 years, reflecting her passion for art, heritage, and civic engagement.
Before joining Rexel in 2021, Fida built a diverse international career. She began as a computer engineer in Sagemcom’s R&D in Tunis, later working in France, China, and Germany where she led the deployment of collaborative development environments for global R&D teams. She then held leadership roles at Atos, serving as Open-Source Strategist and later Data & AI Project Manager. From 2020 to 2021, she worked at Capgemini as Engagement Manager within the Insights & Data Unit.
