Biography
Fida is a delivery manager with several years of experience conducting Big Data and AI projects and managing people in multicultural environments.
Particularly interested in developing DevOps approach to support the growing business requirements. Always interested in coaching, sharing her experiences, and spreading Agile Mindset.
She also has an interest in art and culture and has been volunteering as member of the organizing committee of the Palestinian film Festival in Paris for 8 years.
Before joining Rexel as Integration Delivery Manager in June 2021, she had multiple experiences, first as computer engineer in Sagemcom’s R&D based in Tunis, after her graduation in 2006, as computer science, Telecommunication and Networking engineer. Then she was expatriate in France, China and Germany and was responsible of designing and deploying the collaborative development environment for the worldwide Sagemcom’s R&D units.
In 2012 she settled in Paris, where she first worked as Open-source strategist in Atos’ Open-Source Center of Excellence, then from 2016 to 2019 as Big Data projects Manager in Atos Big Data and Cyber security unit. From January 2020 until June 2021, she worked in Capgemini Insights & Data Unit as Engagement Manager.
