Biography
Gianna is an in-house lawyer at the Capgemini headquarters, managing the legal corporate life of the entities of the Group starting from incorporation/ acquisition, going through compliance with corporate law requirements throughout their existence and up to their restructuring process. An important part of her job concerns the set up and the adjustment of the governance bodies of these entities, in coordination with the top management.
She started as a lawyer in the company and M&A department of Clifford Chance in Germany and continuing as a lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Italy and then in France. She qualified as a lawyer both in Italy and France.
What she really enjoys in her work is the international aspect of the deals and the team spirit necessary to handle the matters she deals with : she is regularly in touch with the tax, finance, M&A departments both at the headquarters and in the Regions.
