Biography
Paz is in charge of the commercialization of Axens technologies and products in Eastern and northern Europe. She promotes the different services that Axens can provide while looking to satisfy energy industries as refineries, petrochemical complex or newcomers in what it is today the energy transition.
Paz started her career in Argentina where she was in charge of evaluating and maximising energy efficiency of the Campana refinery, today Axion Energy. She had to minimize the consumption of gas and electricity by discussing with operators and proposing new projects for improvement. In 2012, she moved to France with Axens Scholarship to study a master in Energy and Process at the IFP School while doing an internship in Axens. Then, she went from intern to process engineer, technologist and Regional Sales Manager to be closer to the customer, create a close relationship with them and support them with their new projects and targets.
