Biography
After graduating cum laude at the University of Milan, Federica received her PhD in European Union law in 2008.
In 2006, she obtained the title of lawyer and in 2017 she was admitted to appear before the Italian Supreme Courts.
Since 2019, Federica is senior associate in the Infrastructure Services & Public Law team of Osborne Clarke Italy, having worked with leading law firms in the field of administrative law.
She provides legal assistance and advice, in and out of court, in favor of public clients (public entities and publicly held companies) and private economic operators in the various areas of administrative law, with a particular focus on the award and execution of public contracts and concessions, in the ordinary and special sectors, and on public-private partnership operations (PPP).
Federica has a consolidated experience in the field of services of general economic interest (water service, public transport, gas distribution, environmental hygiene) from an organizational standpoint (study and interpretation of the reference legislation, drafting of the institutive and regulatory acts), in relations with other public or private entities, in the planning, regulatory and awarding phase of the services, as well as in assistance in the preparation of tender acts and in the subsequent executive phase of public procedures.
Federica also provides extrajudicial advice and judicial assistance before the bodies of administrative justice with reference to the public profiles emerging from the activity of the firm's other areas of practice (competition and antitrust, real estate, finance, corporate, employment).
