Biography
Delphine has been working in the Energy industry for 15 years, among which 10 years in Engineering.
She graduated with a Master degree in Process Engineering (ENSIC) and a Master degree in Energy and Markets from IFP School, well known in the energy industry.
Her first experience was an apprenticeship with ExxonMobil in a refinery, working as a profitability analyst.
Then, she joined Schlumberger as Field Engineer. This job took her from Eastern Europe, to Siberia, Israel, Texas, through Abu Dhabi, working both offshore and onshore on exploration platforms, being in charge of well services activities.
After 3 years she decided to come back to France and joined Prosernat, a small engineering company selling Gas technologies and delivering gas treatment units. She worked as Project engineer and Deputy Project Manager on different projects, coordinating interfaces between all disciplines : process, detailed engineering studies, logistics, construction, etc.
In 2017, Prosernat & Heurtey Petrochem were bought by Axens who decided to put in place a new Project Control Department that she set up and led for 3 years, at the interface between Project teams, Management, and Finance.
Then, she spent one year on a huge proposal for a petrochemical complex in Russia.
Finally, she took her current role as Operational Excellence Group manager for the Project Operations Division of Axens, providing support to Project teams and leading cross-functional subjects aimed at improving our efficiency.
