Biography
Florence develops digital partnerships with strategic suppliers to support Rexel’s digital ambitions to reach 50% digital sales by the end of 2027. She offers a wide range of digital marketing services to promote the brands, products and services of these select partners. She also participates in the digital transformation of the company by increasing the expertise of the category management teams in digital.
Prior to this role, Florence was Marketing Director California for Rexel USA focusing on developing performing marketing programs to develop sales and acquire new customers. She also actively participated in the adoption of new digital tools. Her first responsibilities in the USA were to upgrade Rexel USA branches with a new offer plan and to create a new look and feel.
Before moving to the USA, Florence managed the marketing and purchasing team of Bizline, Rexel’s own brand for tools and consumables. She actively supported the internationalization of the brand by creating a new entity for developing activities in North America. She previously worked at Lapeyre that was part of Saint-Gobain where she was sourcing and marketing bathroom equipment. Her first role was to promote and market gardening products at Bosch.
