Biography
As the Advancement Digital Communications Manager at INSEAD, The Business School for the World, Gitanjali develops innovative communication strategies and creative content to elevate alumni engagement and fundraising. For the current capital campaign, she has helped amplify and grow the Force for Good global brand while developing new models of digital engagement.
In a past life, she spent years building her business as a communications consultant in food and wine—a true passion. Her notable clients included Airbnb, Petrossian caviar, BNP Paribas, Michelin-starred chefs, and acclaimed restaurants. A gifted storyteller, she wrote culinary articles for the Huffington Post, developed culturally-confused recipes for well-known brands, while also interviewing talented chefs including Guy Savoy and Pierre Hermé. Concurrently, she was COO of culinary startup, OpnKitchen, which organised bespoke experiences with top chefs across France.
Throughout her journey, Gitanjali has a demonstrated lust for life and a gift for the spoken and written word. Of mixed descent, she is a strong advocate of multi-culturalism and gender diversity in the workplace. To satiate her “thirst” for knowledge, she is currently studying for the WSET Level 3 certificate in Wine & Spirits.
