Biography
Kateryna is from Ukraine, born in small city Romny (Sumska obl.) at the north of Ukraine.
After graduating from Kyiv National University of Economics (Ukraine) with a Master’s degree in Finance, she joined Tarkett (Ukraine) and started her career.
In 2014 after 9 years of experience in financial positions (Credit Manager and Financial Controller), she got the proposal from her company to move to Kazakhstan to lead the financial team as CFO.
After 1 year in 2015 she was promoted to position of General Manager of Tarkett Kazakhstan to lead whole company. This promotion gave her the possibility to grow as real professional and get unique experience.
For 8 years (2015-2022) she has been able to transform our business model to optimize overall business health with respect to market share, market expansion, and sales volume.
In her role as General Manager she is responsible for management overall operations of organisation with focus on growing and expanding business by researching, identifying, and selecting best, suitable new distributors, implementation best practices and procedures to ensure effective management of P&L functions of the entity, development and implementation of company strategy.
She gets the biggest inspiration in her life from travelling around the world (visited 33 countries).
