Biography
Emmanuelle Yvon is Counsel at Osborne Clarke. She specialises in Public Law.
With more than ten years of experience in public business law, Emmanuelle provides strategic advice to her clients (businesses and associations) in their relations with the administration to enable them to carry out all their projects successfully.
She provides both advice and litigation services, mainly in the fields of public contracts, urban planning and construction, regulatory matters and public property.
She advises mostly private operators in their activities and relationships with the public bodies, within several sectors including infrastructure and public works, construction, IT, digital and communication, health and administrative product liability.
She also deals with the administrative aspects of some specific matters, particularly in the context of the investigation and control powers over the administration (health, environment, consumer protection and competition, rights and freedoms).
Emmanuelle is a member of the Force Juridique de la Fondation des Femmes, which brings together volunteer legal professionals to provide legal support to associations in the service of women's rights.
Emmanuelle holds a Master 2 Degree in Public Law (University Paris X – Nanterre 2010). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010.
