Biography
Agata is a Global HR Leader with over 10 years of experience, focusing on strategic Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, corporate communications, and company culture.
At Lingaro Group she is responsible for all aspects of the employer brand, as well as the D&I agenda. Passionate about gender equality at work, she creates and leads projects such as the Global Mentoring Program aimed at supporting female talents in successfully starting their careers in IT sector.
Prior to joining Lingaro Group she gained experience as an in-house HR professional and as an external EB consultant working for banking, IT, TSL, aviation, and other sectors.
Agata holds an MSc in Social and Clinical Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw and studied Psychology as a scholar at the University of Valencia, Spain. She has completed postgraduate studies in corporate communications at University of Warsaw.
