Biography
Stéphanie Parisse-Faux is currently Executive Vice President, in charge of Human Resources and In House Communication for the Axens Group. She is also a member of the Axens Group Executive Committee.
Stéphanie started her career at SHELL, before moving to Montell, BasellLyondell and then to Axens. Her career has been focused on the energy and industry sectors with the clear target to position the HR function as a strategic pillar for business.
Stéphanie has spent her whole career in Human Resources since the day, in 1994, when she convinced herself that she had found her professional vocation (and she was right!). She worked her way progressively into HR management as a generalist, taking on country and European responsibilities before moving into global roles. Her responsibilities today cover the whole operational and strategic aspects of HR and internal communications, including Diversity & Inclusion.
She graduated in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Paris I, Sorbonne and Paris Dauphine University.
Married, she has two daughters and lives in France.
