Biography

Agnieszka Poteralska, LL.M. – attorney-at-law, Head of Legal, Ethics & Compliance Officer and member of the Country Board at Capgemini Austria. Driven by her passion for making the work of legal professionals more innovative and efficient, she coordinates the implementation of Legal Operations initiatives across 10 countries within Capgemini’s Europe Cluster. Agnieszka is a member of the New Technologies Committee at the Federation of European Bars (FBE) and a co author of the FBE guidelines on the use of generative artificial intelligence in the legal sector. She specializes in contract law, corporate law and ethics & compliance. She is a winner of the international Global Legal Hackathon programming competition and, together with her team, built a startup developing a LegalTech product.
