Biography
Federica advises on competition law and on issues of consumer protection, as well as on the Italian FDI regime.
She advises clients in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission relating to cartels, abuses of dominant positions and other restrictive practices. She also assists in the preparation of compliance programmes and training.
Federica also advises on proceedings relating to unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and comparative advertising, with particular reference to business relations in the food supply chain.
In 2018 she obtained a Masters in "Food & Wine Law and Management" from the Sole 24 Ore Business School, followed in 2023 by a Postgraduate Diploma with merit in EU Competition Law, from King's College, London.
Federica joined Osborne Clarke in 2014, shortly after graduating cum laude from the L.U.I.S.S Guido Carli University in Rome with a dissertation on the relationship between joint ventures and antitrust law. She qualified in 2017 and, after a period spent in-house, returned to Osborne Clarke in 2021.
