Biography
Tiziana Di Clemente is a General Manager and CEO with over 20 years of
international experience in heavy industrial machinery and business
transformation.She currently serves as CEO of Busch Italia and Pfeiffer
Vacuum Italia, and as General Manager of Busch Group Italy, where she
leads business growth, operational performance, and strategic alignment
across the organization. She is responsible for P&L management, team
development, and strengthening customer and partner relationships in line
with global priorities.
Prior to this, she spent nearly two decades at Ingersoll Rand, building a
cross-functional career across product management, engineering, and
M&A, where she led the integration of multiple acquisitions and drove
process excellence initiatives.
Alongside her executive career, she is a committed advocate for inclusive
leadership and has actively supported diversity and the advancement of
women in leadership across Europe
