Biography
Based in London, Anna advises multinational companies on their political and regulatory priorities across Europe as a Director at Flint Global, a strategic advisory firm.
Prior to joining Flint Global, Anna served as a diplomat within the European Union institutions. In the Council of the European Union, she chaired working parties and led trilogue negotiations with the European Parliament and the European Commission on asylum policy. She worked for the European Commission, on health and consumer policy in its Brussels headquarters and on trade and international development in the Delegation of the EU to Jamaica. Anna also led the United Nations Refugee Agency’s advocacy within the European Parliament. Her writing on European and international politics has been published in The Economist.
Alongside her private sector career, Anna is an elected local councillor in the London Borough of Haringey, serving a vibrant community of 15,000 residents in North London, and serves on the Board of Governors of a local nursery school. She also sits on the Executive Committee of the Fabian Women’s Network, which aims to ensure that women’s voices are influential in progressive politics, public life and policymaking in the United Kingdom.
