Biography

As a corporate lawyer at Osborne Clarke, Karen advises investors, SMEs as well as listed companies on stock corporation and capital markets law, (cross-border) restructurings and structuring of joint ventures, including M&A, Venture Capital and SE conversions as well as IPO readiness (including change of legal form) and post-IPO issues.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke and after completing her Ph.D., Karen worked as an associate at Milbank LLP and has gained valuable in-house experience at Stellantis/Opel.
