Biography
Larissa is a German-qualified lawyer, specialising in Intellectual Property (IP) and Life Sciences Regulatory law. She advises national and international companies on all legal aspects of IP, competition and life sciences and healthcare.
A particular focus of her legal practice lies in health advertising law and emerging fields such as digital health and cannabis. As co-head of Osborne Clarke’s German cannabis practice group, she provides comprehensive legal advice on all regulatory aspects of CBD, medical cannabis, and recreational cannabis. She is recognised for her professional excellence in cannabis law, speaking at international conferences and has been selected by the Cannabis Law Report as one of the Global Top 200 Cannabis Lawyers for 2024/2025.
Larissa studied law in Munich and the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, she worked for the international law firm Noerr in Munich and New York City. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and spent one seat of her legal traineeship at a law firm in Tel Aviv. Along with her legal traineeship, she worked in the IP team of the leading international law firm Freshfields.
