Biography

After a few years in the inside sales department, I was able to fulfill the role of manager for a period of 2,5 years. Now I contribute to the project for implementing a new ERP system as a process owner / key user. I am also setting up a new department at Wasco, the Sales Back Office. In the meantime, I am preparing for a new position in the future as a process manager in combination with training & development, aimed at the inside sales departments. I like to delve into existing processes to analyze where this can be done differently, in order to improve the result. All this with the employee first, because he/she makes the difference within the company.
