Biography
Sandra Chretienne Slim is an accomplished marketing director with over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, customer research, and innovation management. She currently leads marketing for the residential market at REXEL France, overseeing the Housing, Small Commercial, and HVAC sectors. In her role, she champions innovation, drives data-driven decision-making, launches new products and go-to-market strategies, and manages partnerships and merchandising across 450 stores, while supervising a team of 11 marketing managers.
Prior to REXEL France, she held significant positions at HILTI Group, where she managed global customer experience programs and key account growth initiatives across 120 countries. Her previous roles include strategic marketing and innovation leadership at Bouygues Construction and Bouygues Immobilier, as well as driving smart home and smart city innovations at Bouygues Telecom. Sandra’s expertise is underpinned by a Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from Sciences PO Paris.
