Biography

Maria Fedorova is a strategist with 10+ years of global experience designing and leading cross-sector partnerships across academia, cultural sector, and international platforms. At INSEAD, she leads a flagship Hoffmann Grants Programme to support practice-driven research in sustainability.

Selected projects: World Economic Forum affiliated programme, IUCN World Conservation Congress, ChangeNOW, United Nations Academic Impact, COP26, and more.

Maria is an Expert Advisor for the Earthshot Prize (2026), and a European Network for Women in Leadership Fellow.

Outside of work, she writes and climbs.
