Biography

A member of the Paris Bar since 2017, Amandine joined LWA Corporate in 2024 after more than three years at DLA Piper and four years at Paul Hastings. She advises companies, investment funds, and management teams on equity transactions, business transfers, restructurings, and general corporate law matters.

Amandine holds a Law degree from UPMF Grenoble, obtained in 2012. She completed a Master’s degree in Business Law at West Virginia University College of Law (USA) in 2013 through an academic exchange program. She then earned a Master’s in Business and Economic Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
