Biography
Samar Héchaimé is Director of Sustainability Strategy & Transformation at PwC Belgium, where she leads the firm’s strategic sustainability agenda, interconnecting the various facets of sustainability. In this role, she also advises clients across sectors on embedding environmental, social and societal impact, and purpose into their core business models, driving integrated transformation at both strategic and operational levels. Her work ranges from transformation driven by the regulatory requirements to business model transformation.
A recognised leader in sustainable innovation, she brings almost three decades of international experience to the role, having previously co-founded Agora-Envisioning and held senior transformation positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Perkins + Will. Her work spans Europe, the Middle East, and North America, with a consistent focus on aligning business growth with long-term societal value.
