Biography
With more than 16 years' experience in the legal sector, Olivia CASTON, Hynamics' General Counsel since 2019, manages the legal risks associated with Hynamics' activities, particularly projects, acquisitions, subcontracting and strategic contracts. She ensures the compliance and legal security of acts and contracts, protects the company's assets and interests, ensures compliance with the ethics and compliance policy and steers insurance management.
A graduate in Private Law from the Universities Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and specialising in Business Law, Olivia advises on the design, negotiation, drafting and monitoring of various contracts (partnership agreements, EPC contracts, operation-maintenance contracts, IP licensing agreements, framework agreements with strategic partners, subcontracting, confidentiality, intra-group partnerships, etc.) in France and internationally, including the application of applicable legislation and regulations.
Olivia CASTON joined the EDF Group in 2010 as a Business Lawyer at EDF Renouvelables, where she worked on all of the subsidiary's activities (development, construction, O&M and asset management of solar and wind farms).
