Having specialised in real estate for the last 17 years, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our market-leading residential development practice.
Julia works with a number of top PLC and regional house-builders and investors on high profile and complex transactions and projects nationwide. She advises on all aspects of immediate land acquisitions and strategic land projects including overage, joint ventures, promotion and hybrid agreements, affordable housing and collaboration agreements.
Julia's practice is central to Living & Regeneration, which is at the heart of the firms real estate practice strategy and is a key growth area, with government commitments to infrastructure-led regeneration. As an expert in residential property and after acting for banks and insolvency practitioners for a number of years prior to her current role, Julia is often called upon for her advisory skills in banking and corporate transactions.
