Biography
Lynda Lala Bouali is a Paris-based senior legal counsel specialising in mergers and acquisitions at Danone, a global fast-moving consumer goods company in the agri-food sector. In her role, she supports complex strategic transactions across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with business teams worldwide to drive long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
Before joining Danone, Lynda spent several years in private legal practice in Paris and New York, advising corporate and private-equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. This experience gave her a strong foundation in deal-making, negotiation and risk management in demanding, high-stakes environments.
A dual citizen of France and Algeria and admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Lynda brings a deeply international perspective to her work. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, is a Fulbright Scholar and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
