Biography
Eléna BORSCHNECK, 31, after a time at Deloitte as a Financial Auditor, I am now a Business Controller at Rexel (B2B electrical equipment distributor).
On a daily basis, I support and monitor the operational and financial performance of 5 (out of 13) Group countries in the European zone, after spending a year in immersion at Rexel Germany. This monitoring aims to assess the impact of operational actions and support strategic decisions, and I report to the CFO Europe.
Travel and sport take up most of my free time. Whether a weekend getaway or a trip to the other side of the world, I am very curious and love making new discoveries. Regular running and cycling are real escapes for me. As an animal lover, I value empathy, loyalty and sharing in my relationships.
By participating in this program, I primarily seek to develop my decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, useful for moving into managerial responsibilities, as well as to build a network of female peers and mentors — essential for sharing best practices, lessons learned and career opportunities.
