Sandra Melki is Vice President of Sustainability & Marketing at Technip Energies Group, where she drives strategic marketing and sustainable growth agendas in a complex global and geopolitical environment. Her work focuses on aligning market strategy, geopolitical dynamics, and long-term value creation to support resilient and competitive growth.
She began her career as an entrepreneur before holding senior executive roles in leading consulting, technology, and industrial companies including Accenture, Microsoft, and Schneider Electric. With 25 years of experience in strategic leadership positions, Sandra has designed and executed growth strategies, managed P&L responsibilities, and led large-scale transformation programs combining strategy, digital transformation and organizational change across international markets.
Her expertise sits at the intersection of strategic marketing, transformation, digital, and business performance, enabling her to anticipate market shifts, regulatory pressures, and geopolitical risks while unlocking new growth opportunities.
Sandra holds a Diploma in Accounting Expertise and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe. She is a certified board member (IFA / Sciences Po) and actively contributes her strategic and financial expertise to investment committees, supporting startups and innovation-driven growth.
Since 2023, Sandra has served on boards of directors and is also a member of the World Economic Forum Advisory Board. She is actively involved in Chapter Zero France, contributing to the dialogue on climate governance, strategy, and sustainable grow
