Biography
Delphine Adam was born in Paris and spent much of her childhood in the United States before returning to France. She is trained as a lawyer, holding a dual degree in English and French law as well as an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the United States. Admitted to both the New York and Paris Bars, Delphine began her career in private practice in Paris, where she spent nine years advising international clients.
She later transitioned in-house, joining the legal team of a global company before moving into compliance. In 2019, she joined Capgemini SE, where she now serves as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, with a particular focus on anti-corruption, duty of vigilance and non-financial reporting matters. With nearly 30 years of experience across legal and compliance functions, Delphine brings a deeply international perspective, having lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and France.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, playing bridge, as well as the theatre and literature.
