Biography
Originally from France and currently based in Düsseldorf, Lucie Malaurent is the EMEA Quality Performance Director for Tarkett, a global leader in flooring and sports surfaces. Over a 12-year career in operational manufacturing at Tarkett, she has held key leadership positions across production, continuous improvement, and quality management.
Lucie’s professional foundation is built on a French-German engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT). She began her journey in 2014 as a Process Engineer in Germany, later advancing to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Coordinator and Production Manager. In January 2021, she moved to Sweden to serve as a Quality Manager, further diversifying her international operational experience.
In her current role, Lucie oversees quality performance across 13 factories throughout the EMEA region. She thrives in multicultural environments and is driven by the challenge of solving complex problems while continuously expanding her technical and strategic expertise.
