Biography
20+ year career in Talent Acquisition and HR Development, starting at Elior where I shaped recruitment policies, employer branding, and early D&I initiatives before expanding into international HR consulting and career management roles in Spain and Thailand.
Coming back to Europe, I strengthened my expertise by setting up the Paris office for an executive search consulting agency. I joined Cazoo, a UK scale-up aiming to transform the car buying experience across Europe to drive large scale hiring in fast growth environments.
Today at Tarkett, I manage Talent Acquisition for our HQ based in Paris, with a strong focus on Employer Branding, team management and HR projects, continuing to design efficient recruitment strategies that support business needs across the organization.
Having worked abroad in different cultures, as diverse as Spanish and Thai, I thrive on discovering new ways of thinking and behaving.
I particularly enjoy environments where collaboration, rigor, and human connection are essential, and where I can contribute to a positive workplace culture.
