Biography
Ann Sofi Hagerman is the Head of Legal in Capgemini Sweden. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT, IP, and Telecom sectors. She has extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts for global accounts and is a trusted advisor on high stakes legal and contractual matters. Her areas of specialization include Outsourcing, Cloud Software and Services, Systems Integration Projects, Software Licensing, Cyber Security and Data Privacy.
Throughout her career, Ann Sofi has provided strategic legal guidance to senior management, supporting business critical decisions in fast moving and highly regulated environments. She is also an experienced leader, having led and developed teams of highly skilled lawyers with a strong belief that effective teamwork is a key driver of success. As a person, Ann Sofi is open minded, driven and collaborative, values that shape both her leadership style and her approach to complex legal challenges.
Ann Sofi is a member of the Capgemini leadership team in Sweden, where she contributes to strategic direction and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Ann Sofi is married, has three children and a dog. She lives just outside Stockholm and enjoys an active lifestyle, with interests including skiing, running, and wave surfing. She is also passionate about traveling and discovering new cultures.
