Biography
Hi my name is Tineke Hoogenbosch. I am the Deputy Legal Counsel of the Legal team at Capgemini Nederland.
In this role I provide strategic legal advice on complex, regulatory, corporate and contractual matters to our sales teams and local management.
With extensive experience in technology driven environments, build up over 20 years of experience at IBM and now 4 years at Capgemini, I’m working closely with business leadership, acting as a trusted partner in risk assessment, contract structuring and commercial decision making.
I collaborate in this role with multidisciplinary and international teams, offering clear, pragmatic guidance that balances business ambition of the commercial teams with legal robustness. Known for a structured and solution oriented approach, I bring clarity to complex issues while fostering constructive stakeholder relationships.
Next to this business side of my life I enjoy cooking and baking for friends and family. We are a family of four with kids in the high school age, which brings different challenges all together. To stay energized and healthy, sporting is a must and I find time for this twice a week.
