Biography
Lirie is Head of Industrial and Quality Management at Tarkett Ronneby, where she oversees operational development, engineering, maintenance, and quality. With a degree in Business Engineering, she has built her career around combining structured problem‑solving with a genuine interest in how people and teams work.
Her experience spans both strategic initiatives and daily operational challenges, and she is motivated by creating clarity, improving routines, and supporting teams in a sustainable and meaningful way. She values open communication and collaboration, and aims to build environments where people feel supported and able to contribute.
Balancing leadership with family life is an important part of her identity. Living in a multigenerational household has shaped her perspective on resilience, empathy, and the importance of shared responsibility—insights that influence how she approaches her work and leadership.
She sees leadership as something that develops over time, through curiosity, reflection, and learning from others. Joining the Women in Leadership program is an opportunity she looks forward to, both to strengthen her own skills and to exchange experiences with other women in similar roles.
