Biography
After completing a Master’s degree and an LL.M. in International Business Law, I began my career with an internship in Syria within the oil and gas industry. This experience greatly appealed to me and sparked my desire to continue working in the international and energy sectors, which I find dynamic and stimulating. I then joined Technip, where I participated in major projects, including the YAMAL LNG project that led me to work for nearly two years in Shanghai. I followed the execution of this project by regularly traveling to several yards located in China and Indonesia.
My career further developed at Vinci Construction, where I worked as a senior legal counsel on large international construction projects, mainly in the energy sector. In 2021, I joined Axens, and since 2023, I took the position of Legal Manager. Always motivated by the challenges of the international and energy sectors, I particularly appreciate the complexities involved in negotiating large contracts, managing risks in certain complex operations, and the importance of staying informed about the geopolitical context that may influence projects. Managing a team now appeals to me greatly, as it offers the opportunity to transfer knowledge and foster collaboration within the group.
